Cooperation in Australia

TianDe welcomes Australian enquiries about equipment supply and manufacturing collaboration for the AJA-IV attached climbing scaffold system, which it designs and manufactures in China.

Equipment supply

What TianDe would supply

AJA-IV attached climbing scaffold equipment, organised as three systems: frame, attached support and lifting.

Scope in Australia

TianDe is not planning to provide site crews or take on scaffolding installation contracts in Australia.

In China, TianDe works mainly as a specialist climbing-scaffold subcontractor: it supplies the scaffold and is responsible for its installation, lifting operations, maintenance and dismantling. That work remains relevant engineering experience. Engineering projects

  1. Frame system

Main beams, walkway boards, uprights, triangular connecting frames, support trusses and corrugated mesh panels, bolted together into a 14 m high three-dimensional structure.

  2. Attached support system

Through-wall screw rods, wall supports, anti-fall devices and load-relief struts that tie the frame to the building.

  3. Lifting system

Electric hoists, lifting frames, hoist hangers, wall-mounted hanging seats and a synchronous load control system.

Cooperation Opportunities

We welcome enquiries about equipment supply, distribution, technology licensing and manufacturing collaboration.

  1. Distribution partnerships

An Australian company could distribute TianDe’s climbing-scaffold equipment.

  2. Technology licensing

An Australian partner could license AJA-IV technical information to adapt and use the system locally.

  3. Local manufacturing collaboration

An Australian manufacturer could produce system components, with materials, fabrication and quality control set to local requirements.

Australian compliance

What Australian use would require

AJA-IV has no Australian approval or certification at present. Any use in Australia would require independent engineering review and assessment against the applicable Australian requirements, which TianDe is seeking.

  1. Engineering review: an Australian engineer reviews the design, the manufacturer-stated specifications and the supporting documents.
  2. Assessment: against the applicable Australian Standards and the work health and safety requirements of each state or territory where it would be used.
  3. Adaptation and documentation: any changes the assessment calls for, and local installation, operating and inspection procedures, before any use.

The specifications on this site are manufacturer-stated values from TianDe’s brochure. They, the 2020 sample test and any Chinese patents or assessments are not Australian ratings, approvals or certifications.
